The problem with the libraries in Hertfordshire is that they open at such difficult times. They need to adapt and move into the 21st century

Our libraries in California also have difficult hours; but recently I heard of one library system considering charging for the books checked out, which made me feel more tolerant of cut-backs, though they're unfortunate!
