LIbraries to close in Oldham

I see that the Councillor thinks it all right because there will be "library access points" in various places.

Is there anything more dismaying than having somebody in charge of libraries who speaks of "library access points"?

There was that recent proposal for a few shelves in charity shops...

It becomes ever more urgent for binding national standards on book provision.
