Scotland

I'm told that Elaine Fulton in Scotland has persuaded Members of the Scottish Parliament that my information about libraries in Scotland lacks credibilty.

Perhaps Scottish readers of this site would like to write to MSP Donald Gorrie, or their own MSP with a copy of the same data from CIPFA that I use and tell him what they think of the library service etc.

In Scotland biscuits are called Shortbread.
