Phil Kerridge

Phil is the professional librarian and senior manager in the Cornwall County Library service who is urging councils and professionals to take a fresh approach to the service.

I am very flattered by his article today in the Western Morning News

Many thanks Phil- we need more of your colleagues to say similar things.

Tim what sense he speaks! If Phil would ever like to chat through options of exploring efficiencies in the service I would be happy to talk to you both. I know you have my email.

Tim, please do a post telling your readers about the wonderful podcast! You did a fabulous job on this (as did Marcy, who watches lots of PBS and therefore pitched her questions so the discussion would be relevant to American readers/listeners, too).
